Pura Vida Wellness is an oasis of peace and calm in a the world of anxiety. The atmosphere and feeling you get truly takes you away. I have been searching for this combination sauna and cold plunge for years… and now I have found it. My hips and legs feel 100% better after I go! I just love it.

We had such a nourishing and all around full experience with Jillian during our yoga flow at Pura Vida this week. Her facilitation is on point, very intentional and able to be digested by yogis of all levels from beginner to advanced. This is hands down the best and most connected community held within a wellness center in south Florida. Duane has poured his heart in soul into curating a space that fosters healing, presence and love. If you’re considering joining the Pura Vida family, you won’t leave disappointed. Beautiful contrast therapy area! Really is so relaxing, calm, and clean. Adriana's guided cold plunge and sauna class was incredible for getting back in touch with yourself and getting comfortable with being uncomfortable! Incredible, can't wait to go to my next one and would recommend it to anyone.

Had the absolute best experience at Pura Vida Wellness! Duane was so helpful (& patient) while my friend & I got brave enough to dip into the cold plunge. The sauna was absolutely gorgeous - truly one of the nicest ones I’ve been in. And Duane’s dogs were there & they MADE the experience - the sweetest & most soothing distraction while we breathed our way through the cold plunge. Left feeling like a million bucks!

Joining Pura Vida has been one of the best decisions I have made. Definitely the best Cold Plunge and Sauna experience I have found in West Palm Beach and all of South Florida. Duane is extremely knowledgeable and inspiring on all things Fitness, Nutrition, and Wellness.
Having access to two Blue Cube Cold Plunges (which are the best in the game, and recommended by every major wellness influencer) and a Nomad Sauna (also best in the game) has truly improved my life. Duane has also created an amazing community of members and offers Yoga Classes, and other events regularly. Pura Vida has become what I look forward to most every day! I could not recommend Pura Vida highly enough!!

I had a great experience at yesterday’s yoga session with the sound bath. I never experienced the sound bath and it was a unique session. I hope to do it again someday and recommend it for others looking to completely relax the mind with deep breathing exercises, stretch the whole body into a state of relaxation and comfort with yoga exercises, and feel a sense of gratitude and appreciation for the present moment with the sound bath and dong bell.

I found Pura Vida Wellness and its principal Duane Denton by pure chance. At first I wasn't sure what to expect. But what I discovered was a true oasis. Located in a residential private neighborhood, Duane's facility is like no other. A fully equipped gym, massage room, private bathrooms and changing facilities, a Nomad Sauna that blows any infra red sauna away, outdoor shower and three professional grade cold plunges - if you want a real cold plunge experience, this is place. The area is beautifully landscaped so you feel in touch with nature as you enjoy your sauna and plunges. Despite how beautiful everything is already, Duane always looks to enhance his clients' experiences. He recently constructed a large Tiki Hut and artificial grass for Yoga classes, which accommodates up to 15 people comfortably. While there are a number of options, my personal story was the need for exercise so I opted to train with Duane. When I first met him, I instantly realized Duane was different. He has a calm presence that I really cant be put to words - you have to meet him to understand. Also, Duane just doesn't train you like other trainers (and I have had others). He takes a whole body approach, meaning you're not just working one or two body parts, you are working everything, I'm 54 years old and I've sat at a desk for 30 years. While I have sporadically worked out, my body aches and pains and blood pressure meds were telling me, it was time to make a change. Duane turned out to be the change I need. He has changed the way I look at food, what I eat and when. Importantly, there is no judgment, only support and somehow, he knows just when I'm ready for more whether its more information about food or stepping up my workouts. On my days I don't train, on my way home from work I stop for a sauna and cold plunge. Its now my routine to end my stressful day. I've been with Duane now since about mid-May and I told him I'm in for the long term. Ill close by saying this - there may be other places like Pura Vida Wellness in South Florida, but there are all missing one key component - and that's Duane. I You wont find his knowledge, kindness, or passion for what he does anywhere else.

Have been coming for a few months now every week, this is our self care time of the week, got the membership and could not be more happy with it. Get to meet so many amazing people and environment is always great. Highly recommend!
