Nikki was amazing from the start. She welcomes you in and treats you like she’s known you forever. Place is clean and smells amazing; incredibly peaceful. She took the time to help guide and explain what I really needed based off of my areas of concern and goals. Will be going back, I’ve found my relaxation haven!

My boys and I love going to elevate, Nikki the owner is amazing and males you feel so welcomed. Massage Linda has amazing hands. Q is great. Linda gives the best facials in town. I highly recommend this place. The sauna is by far ny favorite. Check them out you will not regret it.

I originally came in for wood therapy, but Nikki took the time to explain all the options for what I was looking for, and I decided to try cavitation instead. She was super helpful, and I felt so welcome and comfortable the whole time. Awesome experience!

I had such an amazing experience at Elevate Your Elements Wellness. Nikki and family made me and my family extremely comfortable. Our purpose was to get my son a sports massage, and to my amazement there were so many other services offered that would benefit my athlete. He received, not only the sports/athletic massage, but also the Rapid ReBoot Compression. Our next visit will include the Cryotherapy for him and Wood Therapy for myself! If I could give more stars I would! I highly recommend.

Went to with my husband to get cryotherapy and it was amazing. They explained everything to us and made us feel comfortable. It was a great experience and we will definitely be coming back.

My visit to Elevate Elements was nothing short of Remarkable. I experienced the Halo sauna for the first time and I can't believe I've been missing out. The sauna experience is not just about sweating out impurities. The infrared and salt filtration provide unique recovery elements. The personal space with optional music gave me my own Zen environment. After 30 minutes of breathwork and meditation in the sauna, I felt rejuvenated. I topped off my visit with a relaxing compression boot session along with a refreshing peppermint oxygen bar treatment. The owner Nikki and her staff add their own unique, warm, and welcoming personality that makes a visit to this neighborhood GEM all the more special. I will definitely be making Elevate Elements part of my wellness routine.
