It was a very pleasant experience to come to this place for wellness. I got my Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy. They have very reasonable prices for the services you need, and it's worth trying. They also have good deals with their memberships and packages. I come only on the weekends, and the lady at the front desk is friendly and nice. The place is very neat and clean.

If I could live in this facility I would! The staff Ashley, Zach and owner Brian are absolutely amazing people inside and out. It’s one of the coziest places with all the services you could ask for! I do the PEMF, red light sauna and steamroom. I always leave feeling rejuvenated ☺️

The staff and facility were great. I booked my very first float here and was escorted to a private room with a shower. One improvement I would request and might already be available, is the ability to turn down the music. You can turn it off or on but it felt too loud when it was on for me personally, even with the provided ear plugs.

The following information pertains to my experience floating and is in no way a reflection of the business but might be helpful for other first time floaters:

I booked an hour session as I'd heard from others it can take nearly 30 min to fully adjust to the buoyancy and environment. Unfortunately, barely 20 min in I started to feel "off". This "off" feeling progressed into what I would describe as motion sickness which was confusing because nothing was moving. Apparently this is fairly common for first time floaters for various reasons according to Dr. Google, but wasn't something I came across when I was looking into floating for the first time. I will say I am sensitive to motion sickness so this may not apply to most floaters. I am glad I tried it but I personally would not float again. Don't let this discourage you, just be informed so you can plan accordingly. This location offers many other modalities that I'd like to try and I look forward to coming back.

I just visited the Vitality Wellness Center located 400 12th ave N, I was greeted by Zack who did a wonderful job of giving me a tour of the Wellness Center and gave me a lot of interesting information about the services that they offer. I also want to recommend the service that I treated myself to which was the Eucalyptus Steam Room. I left feeling so refreshed, invigorated and relaxed.

Frequently visit the downtown location on 4th street and always leave wanting to come back. Excellent amenities and even better employees. Zack is incredibly knowledgeable and a real asset to the company. Julia, Chris, and Ashley always bring great energy. Membership is a must for those that want to feel their best each and every day!

Rating this a 2 because although I LOVE the concept, it’s not worth it. I’ve had a membership for the past few months, and last night was the 3rd time that I’ve had the issue of the sauna not being hot enough (which I’m allowed 30 minutes so by the time it’s actually hot my session is over). So instead of waiting for it to heat up, I asked if I can use the red light bed instead and they said yes and that it was ready for me. I walked into a dirty bed with sweat puddles in it. I’m very disappointed with the overall service and cleanliness as I’m solely focused on my health journey and the main reason I signed up. In regard to the service, there is typically 2 girls that work the evenings I go and there is always 1 who is asleep at the desk. Neither greet me anytime I walk in. I won’t be keeping my membership based off of these things

Love this place! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The whole facility is top of the line, beautiful, and very clean. I enjoyed the hyperbaric treatments it takes a little bit to get used to it but the benefits are so many.
