The Yoga/Sauna/Cider event with Rugged Wellness at Milk & Honey Ciders was awesome! I was nervous about it being my first time trying a cold plunge but the hosts and other guests put my friend and me at ease immediately. I would have been comfortable showing up alone because of the sense of community that was created. I’m sure to be back!

I loved the atmosphere of the trail run; being out in the woods and then coming back to a sauna, campfire and cold plunge. Prairie Woods Environmental Learning Center was a perfect place for this event. Laura and Luke are great hosts.

I am a sauna enthusiast and these folks do it right! The sauna is clean and HOT and they even bring a plunge tank! I truly cannot wait for the Sauna bites out at Milk & Honey! Such a brilliant idea and a fun way to do something good for your heart, mind, and soul. Cannot get enough!!

What a fun night with friends. The feeling after doing the ice bath was amazing. Everything was very put together and the owners were great cheerleaders as we all went into the ice baths! Highly recommend Rugged Wellness.

This was a perfect way to celebrate my birthday with some friends on a cold winter night! It fit 6 people just fine and we loved the cedar scent. I slept soooo well that night!

Rugged Wellness MN LLC offers a beautiful, relaxing sauna that can be enjoyed anywhere (ie your home, cabin, business event, wedding reception or event of your choice). I have had the opportunity to enjoy the sauna at a local Yoga, Sauna, Cider event in St Joseph and it was amazing. Both Luke and Laura are amazing, and great to work with. This last encounter, both walked me through the benefits of the sauna, cold immersion and how to work through strengthening my mind/body/spirit. They challenge me each time, to continue to grow. I look forward every month to going to their events, and experience the Sauna.

The sauna is amazing, feels great and is very clean. If you haven’t tried Rugged Wellness, I highly recommend it.
