10 Stars ⭐️ First off, I found Kristen on Groupon. I booked my appointment with her immediately. I had no issues whatsoever with getting booked and seen ASAP due to the pain I was experiencing in my shoulder/neck. Kristen was professional, knowledgeable, and took her time to work out my shoulders and neck. I am a competitive athlete and been in pain for years. Kristen helped me out of pain my first visit!!! We now see each other bi weekly to help other areas and maintain my results! Kristen is the first professional therapist I have been blessed with to help me stay PAIN FREE! ❤️

Don't buy the Groupon!!! They are extremely hard to get a hold of. They don't talk on the phone. Everything is via text and your lucky to get that. It is extremely hard to get an appointment. 2 appointments were rescheduled due to personal issues with the massage therapist. There is an extreme lack of communication here and dealing them for 2 months to get an appointment and the frustration of it all, having a massage with them would not even be pleasant. Mw post below was called fraudulent. He's my husband in whom I've been trying to get an appointment for. The Groupon was Valentines gift for him. Thanks for making getting him a massage a miserable experience.

Exceptional service. From start of booking to any flexibility you need from a healer you could ask for. Glad I got my therapy from her. Now I can do what I love to do without pain. She is such a blessing!

First of all, it took me weeks to make an appt because she only communicates via text message (info only listed on Groupon) once I was able to get an appt she rescheduled me twice and didn't respond often... when I finally got to my appt, she told me about how she uses oxygen masks during the massage to contradict soreness which I'm surprised worked where she actually rubbed. She did this weird cryo thing which I've never done before and didn't notice a difference. I specifically told her that my back was what REALLY hurt and the only part of my back that she touched was on and between my shoulders. My middle back which is what mainly hurt still has several knots. NOT impressed.

Your snarky response doesn't help you... before I went to you my shoulders didn't hurt which is where you focused on and I told you during that you were hurting me. I figured you would make your way down to the rest of my back and you didn't. If I wasn't wearing an oxygen mask then what were the hoses in my nose? This was a gift from my sister, I don't buy Groupons because every experience I've had has been terrible. Decided that companies put out groupons when they are desperate for business because they suck.

totally kept changing my appt time and not calling or texting back. usually about 30 days to get any kind of a response. asked for a refund. don't waste your time with wellness restoration. they don't value you as a customer or your time

to your response. yes we have you talked to my wife and I via text. my appt was supppse to be 11am tomorrow and pu changed it to 3pm because of your garage door issue. NOW do you remember who i am? I can add the text from you. so this isn't fake.
