An almost private class in this cosy 4 people centre for reformer pilates.
Beautiful blend of exercises with attention to detail, correcting poses.
Will come back again whenever I visit Berlin!!

The best pilates studio in the world! If you wanna work out (to be fit; loose weight; get rid of the back pain) and have fun at the same time (for the price of one), this is the place you wanna go!

Great pilates studio for those who prefer small classes and a personal trainer. Enrico is a fantastic, very professional and pleasant trainer and there is very good schedule of classes to choose from, both for reformer or mat classes. Ive been going there since 3 years and love it. The prices are very fair considering the small group. Classes are done either in English or German according to the participants.

This studio and great teacher will make me miss Berlin after my six months stay! Can't recommend it more. The super professional level, chalanging and dynamic classes are accompanied by attentive, kind and easy going attitude. Together with the newest equipment and the fun, well facilitated studio, this is one of the best places to practice pilates in Berlin. To top that, Enrico speaks about seven languages and adjusts the language according to the group (max of four- another amazing advantage). Highly recommended.

Probably one of the few places in Berlin where you can not just do pilates on a mat but using machines (reformer and stability chair) too. Group classes are just up to a maximum of 4 persons, meaning Enrico - the trainer - has ALWAYS an eye on all your movements and will correct, help, suggest. The place is not huge but fine, warm and clean. Enrico is very professional, extremely competent, able to assess one's level and act consequently. He is Italian. He speaks fluently German, English, Portuguese and Spanish - as far as I could tell. So do not hesitate, not even if you are just arrived in Berlin and think you can't do it 'cos you don't speak German. I've been going for the last two months and I already SEE improvements. VERY HAPPY CLIENT HERE!

This studio is the best I have tried so far in Berlin. Even though it costs me about 40 minutes to get there, it is totally worth it! The groups are small, instructions are clear and motivating. I always leave the class in a very good mood!
