Visited for my bday last week. Booking was easy. I requested a massage therapist who could do deep tissue therapy and booked the recovery package.

When I arrived, the lady at the front desk was very cold and rude. I opted to do the recovery before my massage and notified them the day before yet she was very rude when she told me my massage isn't for a couple hours and made me feel unwelcome. She didn't give me any sandals with my robe and towel either.

The facility itself is nice but I was surprised there was no light spa music playing which made it feel more like a hospital.

I enjoyed the recovery package. Eucalyptus Steam room was fantastic and 3 cold plunge tubs. Place was not overly booked. Infrared sauna was nice too.

Massage was okay. I kept asking for more pressure but she didn't really adjust It. Massage was mediocre.

Checking out none of the front desk girls asked how my treatment was. Didn't really feel like the people working there are wanting to be there or genuinely care about the clients. I wouldn't go back.

I was able to get an appointment on short notice. Met with Cindy for some Accupunture on my lower back. She was very thorough and patiently answered any questions I had. The clinic is well run, professional and up to date. Highly recommend them.

Andrea was amazing! I booked much needed 90mins relaxation massage and she was amazing! I felt so relaxed after that. I would recommend her for sure! And def book another massage with her again!

After a long week of hiking, I treated my husband and myself to a massage. Staff was friendly and inviting. Debbie and Mackenzie were very professional, kind, and made us feel so relaxed during our massages. We definitely did not want our time to end. Thank you once again for making us feel so relaxed at the end of our trip to Banff and Canmore.

Not sure what happened to this place. Bad massage, and an awful experience.

My fiancé and I went to One Wellness last year for my birthday and had the BEST day. I still stand by that Chris is one of the best massage therapists i’ve ever seen.

However, today’s experience has lead me to never want to go back. We booked massages online with recovery room, got an email the day before that our appointments were changed from 10:00 to 10:15 which was fine. We checked in at the front desk at 10:00, telling the receptionist both of our appointments were at 10:15. She never corrected us as apparently only one of our appointments changed to 10:15 and the other was *actually* at 10:00. We hit the sauna a few minutes before our massage, came to the general waiting area to find my massage therapist (Debbie) telling me it’ll have to be cut short. Which was fine I guess our mistake, even though reception never mentioned this at check-in.

Then proceeds probably one of the worst massages i’ve ever had (if you can call it that), inconsistent pressure and didn’t actually get any knots out of my back. I left with the biggest headache that I still haven’t been able to kick.

All while this was happening my fiancé was in the downstairs waiting area, after 8 minutes of waiting with no one coming to find him for his massage he had to go up to reception asking what was going on. They told him his massage therapist wasn’t even there yet and that she was running 30 minutes late!! Extremely unprofessional on not only the RMT’s end but the front desk as well. They tried to offer just a 1hr massage but he decided to then just cancel it because he didn’t want me waiting upwards of 45 minutes so we could enjoy the recovery room together.

Extremely disappointed by our experience here today. They still charged me for a 90 minute massage. At least they took off the recovery room cost for both of us but, looking at my bill the total still doesn’t add up for a 90 minute massage. Was a lousy way to spend my birthday when it should have been relaxing, it was frustrating and I left with a headache. Won’t be back, will go to kananaskis spa instead next time.
