Krysta is a gem to our community. I have received her regular and deep tissue massage, Thai massage, chakra balancing, intuitive and oracle readings, and attended her yoga classes. The chakra balancing really grounded me when I felt anxious, confused, and unsure. Krysta continues learning education with all different forms of massage modalities. She practices types of massages that were used in ancient times now supported by modern science.
