Been doing red light and vibration therapy

In seeking a place to start my long overdue wellness journey, I chose Elevate Wellness and spent the month of September utilizing their services. As my 2nd month approached, I encountered and experienced the most awful staff person whom I hadn't seen at the business before. She was short tempered, testy, rude and obviously not concerned about how she was treating a paying client for their "about you, your health, your wellbeing, your best self" advertising. It was concerning enough that her behavior burst my wellness bubble that I requested a refund for October which they had already taken from my account. I had no desire to return to this business and subject myself to even more bad behavior at a place where they claim it's all about you. I sent them two communications requesting a refund of my October payment and have heard nothing. Apparently it's really all about the money and not at all about the client. They entice you to post a positive review in order to receive a free service so buyer beware!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Elevate Wellness of MN. Jes was so helpful in making me feel comfortable by giving me a tour of the facility and explaining the red light treatment and whole body vibe. I will be returning to enjoy the iconic foot detox.

I love Elevate!! I started coming here 8 weeks ago to do red light therapy and the foot detox soak. Im a nail technician and I have been having troubles with my hands aching and swollen joints. I only come in once a week and I have noticed such a different in my stiffness and swollen joints!!! It has immensely decreased and I’m so grateful!! I’m going to be coming here regularly forever! The women that are here are so helpful and sweet, it’s wonderful and relaxing every time! Thank you!

I did red light therapy for 24 visits and followed all recommendations. I spent over 500 dollars. It did absolutely nothing for me. The "claims" it makes are not true. Don't be fooled by them. They said nothing but it's not a one and done thing, I did 24 visits so not close to one and done. She asked if I'd like her to shut down her business and I said no I would like her to not make all the claims it says in their brochures. Don't be fooled. They did nothing to fix the problem.

I have been using the red light therapy for 5 months. It has calmed my overreact muscles/nerves, helped regeneratie my skin, and gives me a boost of energy along with a good nights rest. The gals that work here are kind, respectful and helpful. I highly recommend this theraphy for anyone we deals with chronic pain.
