Well-located in a neat Woodbury,this is a welcoming place! Salt Room is spacious,background music well toned.Salt feels like a Siesta Key beach sand one can immerse feet in.
Utterly relaxing ambience.Staff member at administration desk is very nice,contributing to a good experience.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now after being turned on by a coworker. The Salt Room is a great place to come for relaxation, first and foremost! They have one infrared sauna, which is clean, comfortable and nicely sized, as is, the room it is kept in. You can see the stone "window" also in the sauna room...gorgeous.

The salt therapy room is like sitting on a beach in a cave. The floor is fine, soft salt and the walls are visiually interesting with their texture and cave wall resemblance. Super relaxaing. Easy to meditate. I haven't tried the salt room yoga, but I have hear its fabulous.

The staff is friendly, helpful and conversational. Come for the health benefits, stay for the relaxation or vice versa. ? I use the sauna weekly and always leave with soft skin and with eased muscle tension after working from home in front of a computer .

The first time here was a fun experience The room was roomy the salt room had an area for children and a game but quite ill say if u have a bad knee to readjust the chairs. It's like a beach seating advice make sure no lotion on face salt residue will land on u they give u a cozy blanket that will block salt from clothes. Also don't cover your nose the purpose is to inhale sit back relax and inhale. I can't wait to go back I'm adding the sauna next. Friendly staff parking in the lot free.

After hearing rave reviews from my co-worker, I decided to buy a visit for my mom for her birthday. She couldn’t stop talking about it all weekend!! She was talking about how friendly the staff was and how they made her feel right at home. She noticed increased benefits with her breathing and how smooth her skin felt. I have not personally experienced The Salt Room yet, but I have yet to hear anything negative. I hope to clear some time in my schedule to try them out for myself very soon!

I scheduled an appt for infared sauna and red light therapy. Emily greeted me and she showed me what to do (totally easy) and she was very nice.

I was a little hesitant at first because regular saunas make me feel claustrophobic, but this was a very different experience. The room was super clean and they had a TV you could turn on but I listened to music and relaxed. I sweat but didn't feel trapped. The red light therapy was amazing and 3 people commented over the weekend that I looked sun kissed and like I had lost weight. I will definitely be back!

Great facility with a wonderful staff! I started here with salt therapy before Awaken For Wellness aquired it. I love the addition of saunas. I often use the St. Clair Ave. location for my floats and sauna.

The lady at the front was so welcoming and very knowledgeable. The salt room experience was just what I needed- relaxing! Not to mention my lungs feel so much better. Can't wait to come back and use the awesome Christmas special I purchased. I would highly recommend anyone to give this a try!

The level of customer service, care and knowledge at the Salt Room in Woodbury is outstanding! I have psoriasis. I completed a 45 minute session in the salt room and I saw healing results! I refer others to The Salt Room often! I have family members with respiratory issues and the testimonials that were shared with me on the benefits from this service are promising. We will be sending them in! This is a must check out!
