I visited Antara Wellness Centre for a full-body massage. Doctor Geeta suggested I undergo a deep tissue massage along with a head massage. It was a very nice experience. I felt very relaxed after the massage and steam therapy. Additionally, she checked my scalp for hair thinning issues. I'm excited to start the treatment for my hair concerns. I'll share feedback on this as well after 2-3 months.

We stay in Amarawati. I have arthritis in the knees since last 15 years. I have used many medicines and physiotherapy but there was not much relief. I visited Antara wellness center at Nagpur and after the consultation with Dr Geeta Verma l decided to stay back and complete the course of Panchkarma of 16 days. They put some ring on the knees and filled oil in it and also did potali massage. After this treatment I am very happy with the results and I plan to visit this center next month again.My husband has parkinson disease and was not much independent. He also took a course of 16 days of shirodhara ,potali etc and is able to actively walk and do his work comfortably. Thanks a lot to the dedicated team of Antara wellness Center.

My job requires a lot of driving. I have had this neck and back pain since long time. I have tried physiotherapy at 2-3 places . My mother had good relief in her knee pain at this center so I also consulted the doctor 3 months back .She advised me to take 3 sittings of abhyanga oil massage , steam and potali . The pain reduced by 80% and all the muscle fatigue was gone. I felt very flexible and energetic. Since then I take abhyanga once in 15 days .The staff is very helpful and caring.

I visited Antara Wellness Center, the ayurvedic panchakarma clinic at Byramji Town today. I took keraliya abhyangam in which two female therapist did massage simultaneously for around one hour. It was extremely relaxing and destressing. I also took their brightening facial in which high frequency machine was used along with ayurvedic facial. My skin is feeling super soft and glowing. The staff is well trained and it is no doubt the best wellness center of Nagpur.
Beautiful ambience and amazing interiors!

I work at Hadi hospital as a physiotherapist at Kuwait. I visit Nagpur my hometown every year. I make it a point to take spa sessions at Antara Wellness Center every time. Today i had enrolled for their diwali offer . The deep tissue massage with potali was too good , the therapists specially Varsha is excellent and the interiors are state of the art. They also gave a complimentary vitamin E face massage which was very relaxing .Each and every room s decor is very well planned. I love to visit this place again and again. Ambience and services are amazing. You go with rejuvenated.

I had visited this clinic for my mother s shoulder pain and had got good response. Today i came to consult Dr Geeta Verma for my burning sensation in feet after chikungunya. I tried their deep tissue massage, steam ,potali and head massage .Both the male therapists are efficient and well experienced. The therapy was wonderful and the ambience is positive and soothing. Recommending to visit once here.
