Tricia helped me with getting my blood work scheduled and my prescriptions filled. She was very very helpful and friendly. I initially spoke with her for help with my prescriptions and she told me she would call me at the end of the month to scheduled my blood work. She actually called back at the end of the month and got my lab work scheduled. She made all of this very easy and I am so grateful! Excellent customer service!

I love this plan. Its easy, convenient but most of all the staff are wonderful. I haven't had a problem yet. They arrange my lab testing and do other test in my own home. Which I really loved. The staff also checks on you seeing if you have all u need for your test. Any billing questions they help. I just love mylab benefits.

Initially, the forms were a bit confusing for me, but once I caught on to what needed to be done to complete them, every thing went smoothly. I also contacted Obama Care and was rerouted to the same company! Just like the previous review states they asked for my method of payment. I asked the lady what subsidiary company did they have affiliation with. Never do I give my debit\credit information without researching the company especially if I have never heard of them before. I have various health conditions which I have to see my primary care physician for regularly not to mention prescriptions. I would have hit the roof if they ended up telling me I had zero coverage once I had paid the enrollment fee plus first monthly fee...which I might add was another red flag! $75 Enrollment fee, $114 for first month and $40 bucks monthly thereafter. Come on, this didn't even sound right. Oh and BTW she told me that she could only keep me at this rate for 30 days. Oh well.... I told the "nice representative" I would get back with them. This is truly sad. I work part time at the moment because I am working on my M.A. degree and insurance isn't offered to PT employees. It pays to do your research!!
Thank God for each of you who forewarned us that this is not an actual company that insures hard working people. It's just another means of scamming!!!!!!

First time in using Lab & Wellness Plan. I initiated my need for lab work and with 24 hrs. I received contact from Vivia, my specialist that assisted with setting up my lab date/time to a location by me. She too stated she'll be happy to provide the results to my Dr. after my results come back. She was fluent with the program her company offers and went over further information from what I got from their website. Vivia was most helpful and made my first experience with this enjoyable. I had worked in corporate america for over 35 years so this new process for getting medical completed is slightly different than what I was used too. I recommend this company!

Scumbag telemarketers. Rude and intimidating sales calls. They spoof phone numbers to make it look as if they are calling from a local office. Finally blocked their numbers. The claim below by the company that they only call active members is patently false. I received call after call from this company with spoofed local numbers until I finally blocked them. Run your own Google search on "wellness plan of america scam" and make your own decision.

Of course, their response denies this. Then why did they call me? I'm not a member.
